Cancelling or terminating a mobile phone service or data service we have provided does not mean we will take back or refund your mobile equipment purchase. Mobile equipment is shipped on receipt of cleared funds and not by credit/debit card. You may find the cheapest way to obtain a mobile suitable for use with our service is a pay as you go phone from a "3" store.
